It is a 6 month long program that meets weekly for 2 hours.  Each week, we start the call off with 15 minutes of "Celebrations".  Each person shares one big "WIN!" from their past week.

We then move into 30 minutes of teaching where Jack and I teach you the "Lesson" of the week.  The Lessons focus on the things you need the most to take your business to the next level!  This includes:

• Social Media and LEVERAGE - How does Google+ increase your LEVERAGE and help you attract even more JV Partners and customers?
• Facebook's Power Editor and the additional LEVERAGE it brings your business
• Content Marketing Strategies for maximum LEVERAGE
• Why Integration Marketing is the #1 biggest source of LEVERAGE for any business and how you can apply it to yours
• Redefining who your Ideal Customer is and finding a way to LEVERAGE your Ideal Customers so that they become your biggest source of referrals
• Understanding Google Analytics and why it is the KEY to improving your results
• and MUCH more!

The next 15 minutes are spent going over the assignment for that week. Yes, every week you will have a very specific assignment. But it is not some "busy work". It is an assignment carefully crafted around improving your bottom line with the least amount of effort.

Our final hour together is spent working 1 on 1 in a GROUP setting with every single participant. We will start this segment off with "What questions do you guys have today?"

Every person in the group will have ample 1 on 1 time using this format! Most importantly, you'll not only get answers to the questions you think to ask, but you'll also get answers to all the "You Don't Know What You Don't Know" questions as well!

In between our calls, we will have a completely PRIVATE Google+ Community where you can get as much help as you need! You can share documents with us for critique. Get questions answered. Ask for us to help you with accountability. And anything else you need to feel 120% supported as you redesign and redefine your business!

Remember that every person eligible to participate in this program is someone that Jack and/or I considers a FRIEND first and foremost. And our friends are not the kind of people who would be likely to steal from other friends. But, just to put your mind at ease about participating in a group program like this...

Every participant in the "Elite Leverage Mastermind" will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. This NDA is designed around 2 things...

It allows us to share the nitty gritty details of our business and trust that none of the participants will attempt to profit from becoming our competitors. Most importantly, it will also allow each participant to share the confidential details of their business and whole heartedly trust that no one else in the group will "steal" the ideas or use them to become a competitor.

By the end of the first 6 months, here's what you can expect to have accomplished in your business:

• Completely reorganize your products and/or services so that they are organized into a Vortex

• Planning your Profit Funnel so that you know clearly where the money will come from and how much traffic (and sales) you need to reach your goals

• Redfined who your Ideal Customer really is using the "Money Flowchart" to create your Ideal Customer Avatar

• Determined the 5 Levels of Awareness your Ideal Customers are likely to be at and answered "What do they know?" at each level

• Redesigned your Google+ Profile and Page, added at least 10,000 new followers on G+ and be well on your way to (or exceeded!) the magic 13,000 followers so that you can get onto the Google Recommended User list and EXPLODE your following! • Cleaned your existing list using Facebook's Power Editor and started advertising on Facebook to people just like your current customers so that you can attract even more customers!

• Implemented Retargeting Campaigns into EVERYTHING you're doing!  This means that when someone opts into your list or buys one of your products, they will start seeing your ads everywhere they go online.  Imagine the boost to your credibility when someone opts in for a free webinar and then suddenly starts seeing YOUR ads on sites like CNN.com, WallStreetJournal.com, SportsIllustrated.com, and all the other mainstream sites they visit every day!

• Added at least 5 to 10 Strategic Alliance Partners who will be including a trial of YOUR Membership site whenever they sell their own products or services, helping to increase your leads even more!

Our goal is that no matter where your business is at today, that by the end of the 6 months, you will have gotten at least twice what your investment is in this program!  If you really apply all that you learn, you should easily be able to add a zero to your bottom line by a year from now!
